Welcome to our beautiful Louisville home, conveniently located just minutes away from major attractions and amenities! This newly remodeled property offers a peaceful retreat and is perfect for families, friends, or business travelers.
Please note: This property is NOT suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated.

Our spacious home features:
Bedrooms: 4 comfortable bedrooms, including 3 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed, providing restful sleep for up to 10 guests.
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms stocked with essential bath items and towels. The main floor bathroom boasts a large tub and shower.
Living Areas: A large living room with a smart TV and streaming options for your entertainment. There's also a large second living room in the recently remodeled basement.
Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. All the necessary cookware, flatware, and dinnerware are provided.
Outdoor Space: Relax on the patio with a gas grill, adirondack chairs, a gas fire pit, and a table with chairs. The extended paver patio and spacious grassy backyard offer a great outdoor experience.
Laundry Facilities: A brand new Samsung washer and dryer in the basement, with detergents included.

Summary: Property was very clean, and communication was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay and use of the home. Nice, safe location, good neighbors. The only "issue" if you want to call it that, was the listing shows 3 king beds and 2 queen beds - one being shown in the basement living space. This is a sectional sofa, not a hide-a-bed. the actual description of the property does not list a 5th bed, so I should have asked for further clarification but again we had our teens with us and the sofa worked fine.
